- Fraudulent or misrepresented listings will result in immediate account termination
- Listings must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the GCC region
3 Payments & Transactions
- All vehicle transactions are made directly between buyers and sellers
- Gulf In Cart does not handle vehicle payments
- A minimal payment may be charged for vehicle listing and premium services
- Payments must be made via secure channels approved by Gulf In Cart
4 User Conduct
- No spam, fraudulent activities, or misleading content is permitted
- Abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated
- Illegal content or activities are strictly prohibited
- Violations may lead to account suspension or permanent termination
- Users must respect the privacy and rights of other platform users
5 Platform Rights & Modifications
- We may modify, update, or suspend services as needed for platform improvement
- User data will always be handled securely and in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Gulf In Cart reserves the right to update these terms with notice to users
- Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms
