Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Gulf In Cart, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of vehicle trading, refunds and cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

• Listing fees and premium ad charges are non-refundable once activated.
• If you face a technical issue (double payment or failed transaction), please contact us within 7 working days for resolution.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.
